Saint Louis, MO (June 8, 2026) — Datamax Inc. today announced the consolidation of its Texas and Arkansas websites into a single digital destination, www.datamaxinc.com, bringing together the company’s resources under one unified brand while preserving the local relationships, support, and service experience – both online and in person – that customers have come to expect.

The launch reflects a principle that has guided Datamax for decades. What this Project Entailed.

The website consolidation follows years of strategic planning and evaluation. Datamax partnered with Provisions Group, whose comprehensive website assessment and expertise thereof helped validate the opportunity to unify the company’s digital presence and provided strategic guidance throughout the complex process of consolidating two established websites into a single platform.

The consolidation required far more than combining two websites. The project involved preserving years of search visibility and regional market strength while implementing modern SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices. It included migrating content, forms, redirects, and lead-routing workflows, refining site architecture, aligning CRM and marketing systems, and ensuring customers could continue accessing the resources and support they rely on.
