Chris Williams

Over his 25-year career, Chris has evolved from training on equipment and honing his customer service skills to his current role of teaching, managing, and mentoring other technicians.

Chris joined Datamax in 2015 as a Service Technician. During the first year, he was promoted to a Field Supervisor, where he led a team in the Little Rock area. In January 2025, Chris was promoted to Director of Service, managing teams that cover the entire state of Arkansas. Prior to joining Datamax, Chris worked for two other companies in Arkansas, receiving training and servicing equipment from multiple manufacturers.
