Curtis Whitlock

Curtis Whitlock currently serves as Service Manager, a role he earned two years ago after steadily advancing through the Datamax service organization. In this position, he oversees team performance, supports technician development, and helps ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service. His leadership is grounded in years of hands-on experience and a clear understanding of what it takes to keep operations running smoothly in the field.

Prior to being promoted to Service Manager, Curtis built a strong foundation. He was promoted to supervisor in 2015, following his time as lead technician, a role he took on in 2010. Earlier in his career, he worked as a technician servicing low-speed machines, gaining practical knowledge and sharpening his technical skills over several years.
