Rodney Moore

With more than two decades of experience spanning both logistics and behavioral health, Logistics Manager Rodney Moore brings a uniquely, well-rounded perspective to the role of Logistics Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth. Rodney joined the team in November 2025, and helps lead efforts to continuously optimize on efficiencies in and around the warehouse, while delivering a “Raving Fan” experience to clients.

Rodney began his career in 2002 working at a state facility in Lubbock, TX, where he built a strong foundation in mental health services in group homes and clinical environments. In 2009, he transitioned into logistics with Sears Home Improvement, managing operations across West Texas and New Mexico. Rodney says his behavioral health background helped shape his ability to understand people, adapt to situations, and lead with both structure and empathy.

Most recently, he served as a Regional Distribution Manager at a copier dealer in Dallas/Fort Worth, where he led operations for three years beginning in October 2022. Rodney comes from a family of educators and brings that same commitment to growth and development into his leadership style.
