Why Datamax?

The ultimate check box for me was culture. When ActaMSP President Justin Huffaker approached me about the opportunity, and I met with the team, I could feel the excitement. I really wanted to be a part of that.

As Business Development Manager at ActaMSP, Kristen is focused on driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and helping businesses discover Managed IT solutions that support their success. Through networking, community engagement, and business development efforts, she works to share the ActaMSP story while creating opportunities for long-term client partnerships.

Prior to joining ActaMSP, Kristen built her career in advertising sales with several Dallas-Fort Worth publishing organizations, including D Magazine. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned into nonprofit leadership with Serve Denton, where she advanced from an operations role to Director of Operations and later Chief Operating Officer. She helped lead the development of the organization's second campus and oversaw key operational initiatives.

Her background in sales, operations, and leadership has shaped her passion for building relationships and connecting organizations with resources that help them grow. At ActaMSP, she is dedicated to fostering meaningful business connections and delivering value to clients throughout the community.

Kristen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas.

Home Town: Coppell, TX

Free Time: Staying busy raising her three children and spending Friday nights under the lights supporting her husband, a high school football coach.
