Screening Interview
This is our first conversation and a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk through your background, what you’re looking for, and what the role looks like day-to-day. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about Datamax.Behavioral Survey / Interest Analysis
If the screening interview goes well, we’ll invite you to complete a short Behavioral Survey (also called an Interest Analysis). This helps us understand your natural work style and what kind of environment you’re most likely to thrive in. It’s not a pass/fail test, and it’s never the only factor in a hiring decision.Selection Interview
This is the deeper, final interview step. We’ll review your experience in more detail, talk through role-specific situations, and discuss your Interest Analysis results. Our service technicians, as an example, participate in the Canon ATSP Advanced Certification Program, along with Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech program so that they are well prepared to provide rapid resolution and a high first-call completion rate.
