Our Hiring Process

Screening Interview

This is our first conversation and a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk through your background, what you’re looking for, and what the role looks like day-to-day. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about Datamax.

Behavioral Survey / Interest Analysis

If the screening interview goes well, we’ll invite you to complete a short Behavioral Survey (also called an Interest Analysis). This helps us understand your natural work style and what kind of environment you’re most likely to thrive in. It’s not a pass/fail test, and it’s never the only factor in a hiring decision.

Selection Interview

This is the deeper, final interview step. We’ll review your experience in more detail, talk through role-specific situations, and discuss your Interest Analysis results. We’ll also share more about our team, our culture, and what success looks like here, so you can decide if it feels right for you.

What Happens Next?
